By purchasing and uploading a photo, you confirm and agree:

• You are 18 or older, and you are uploading only your own photo.
• Season Guide may process your uploaded photo to analyze your color season and create one report for your paid order.
• A third-party AI service provider may process the photo to classify your color season for this report request.
• The analysis is probabilistic and is not a substitute for professional in-person color draping.
• Season Guide does not use the photo to identify you, perform facial recognition, verify your identity, or infer sensitive traits.
• Season Guide does not use your photo to train or improve models and does not opt in to provider data sharing for uploaded report photos.
• Your uploaded photo is stored privately and deleted according to the Privacy Notice.

Season Guide collects only the information needed to sell, analyze, generate, and deliver one paid color-season report.

• Your uploaded photo is treated as private user content and is never served from a public URL.
• Your photo is used to analyze your color season and create the report for the paid order you requested.
• Your photo may be sent to a third-party AI service provider to classify your color season for that report request.
• We delete your raw photo as soon as each analysis attempt finishes, whether it succeeds or fails. If that immediate deletion cannot complete (for example, during a storage-provider outage), the photo stays private and becomes eligible for our automated cleanup 20 hours after upload. That cleanup runs once a day, so in those cases deletion can take longer than 24 hours. We keep retrying until deletion is confirmed.
• The generated report snapshot and delivery record remain available through your private order link until the link expires or you request deletion.
• We use the email address you give at checkout to send you your private order link: once when your payment is confirmed, and again when your report is ready, usually with your report PDF attached. If you lose your link, you can ask for it to be re-sent to that address from our "Lost your link?" page; we never confirm on that page whether an order exists for an address. These emails never include your photo.
• Your report PDF is the standard guide for your color season. It is stored privately and served only through your private order link, never from a public URL.
• Private order links are valid for 365 days from purchase. When a link expires, when you request deletion, or when an order is refunded or disputed, access to the report and PDF through that order stops immediately.
• When you request deletion, access stops at once and we remove your photo, report snapshot, analysis result, and delivery links. If a storage provider is temporarily unavailable, we tell you the deletion is pending and finish it automatically once the provider recovers.
• We keep a limited payment and consent record (order status, amounts, Stripe payment reference, the policy versions you accepted, and timestamps) for payment, refund, dispute, and accounting purposes. Once your link expires or you request deletion, that record no longer includes your photo, report, or email address. We keep it for up to 7 years from your order, and records of payment notifications for 90 days, unless an open dispute or legal claim requires us to keep a specific record longer.
• Season Guide does not use uploaded photos for identity verification, facial recognition, sensitive-trait inference, or model training.
• Season Guide does not opt in to provider data sharing for uploaded report photos. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default unless the API account explicitly opts in.
• OpenAI may keep API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days to monitor for abuse, under its own policies, before deleting them.
• We use service providers to run Season Guide: Stripe for payments, OpenAI for photo analysis, Resend for email, and our hosting, database, and storage providers. They process your information only to provide those services to us.

These terms apply to one paid Season Guide photo report.

• You are purchasing one color-season report generated from one submitted photo.
• You agree to submit only your own photo and to use the service as an adult.
• Checkout must be completed before photo upload is available.
• Access to your report is provided through a private, unguessable order link that expires 365 days after purchase.
• The report is informational and probabilistic; it is not professional styling, beauty, medical, or identity advice.
• You may not use the service to analyze another person without their consent.

Season Guide is a one-time paid report service.

• If automated analysis cannot complete or returns a low-confidence result, you may upload a replacement photo within the same paid order at no additional charge, up to the retry limit shown in the product flow.
• If the retry limit is reached and Season Guide cannot generate a report, the order requires manual support review.
• Refund eligibility depends on payment status, report delivery status, retry history, and any applicable payment-provider rules.
• Deleting your photo or report record does not automatically create a refund.
