By purchasing and uploading a photo, you confirm and agree:

• You are 18 or older, and you are uploading only your own photo.
• Season Guide may process your uploaded photo to analyze your color season and create one report for your paid order.
• A third-party AI service provider may process the photo to classify your color season for this report request.
• The analysis is probabilistic and is not a substitute for professional in-person color draping.
• Season Guide does not use the photo to identify you, perform facial recognition, verify your identity, or infer sensitive traits.
• Season Guide does not use your photo to train or improve models and does not opt in to provider data sharing for uploaded report photos.
• Your uploaded photo is stored privately and deleted according to the Privacy Notice.

Season Guide collects only the information needed to sell, analyze, generate, and deliver one paid color-season report.

• Your uploaded photo is treated as private user content and is never served from a public URL.
• Your photo is used to analyze your color season and create the report for the paid order you requested.
• Your photo may be sent to a third-party AI service provider to classify your color season for that report request.
• Raw uploads are deleted after successful analysis when practical, and no later than 24 hours after upload.
• If analysis fails or produces a low-confidence result, the raw upload may be retained privately until retry, expiration, deletion request, or the 24-hour retention limit, whichever comes first.
• The generated report snapshot and delivery record may remain available through the private order link until the link expires or a deletion request is fulfilled.
• We may email the private delivery link to the address used at checkout so you can return to your report; that email contains only the private link, not your photo or report content.
• Your downloadable report PDF is stored as private content and is served only through your authenticated private order link, never from a public URL.
• Private delivery access links are time-limited; expired links stop working, and when an order reaches its retention deadline its report snapshot, stored PDF, and access links are deleted or revoked automatically.
• Season Guide does not use uploaded photos for identity verification, facial recognition, sensitive-trait inference, or model training.
• Season Guide does not opt in to provider data sharing for uploaded report photos. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default unless the API account explicitly opts in.

These terms apply to one paid Season Guide photo report.

• You are purchasing one color-season report generated from one submitted photo.
• You agree to submit only your own photo and to use the service as an adult.
• Checkout must be completed before photo upload is available.
• Access to your report is provided through a private, unguessable order link that expires.
• The report is informational and probabilistic; it is not professional styling, beauty, medical, or identity advice.
• You may not use the service to analyze another person without their consent.

Season Guide is a one-time paid report service.

• If automated analysis cannot complete or returns a low-confidence result, you may upload a replacement photo within the same paid order at no additional charge, up to the retry limit shown in the product flow.
• If the retry limit is reached and Season Guide cannot generate a report, the order requires manual support review.
• Refund eligibility depends on payment status, report delivery status, retry history, and any applicable payment-provider rules.
• Deleting your photo or report record does not automatically create a refund.
